About usernames and passwords
- Your Blackboard username IS the same as your Dowling email username.
- Your Blackboard password IS NOT the same as your email password.
- Using Vista or Internet Explorer 7? IE7 FAILS on this version of Blackboard. Use IE6 or FireFox. Workaround
- Once you login, you will only see classes for which your professor has requested a "class shell".
- Plan ahead: login help is currently available only during HelpDesk business hours.
