• Your Blackboard username and password are the same as your Dowling email login credentials.
• Once you login, you will only see classes for which:
  1. Your professor has decided to use Blackboard, AND
  2. Your professor has made the course VISIBLE to students, AND
  3. You are actually enrolled according to Student Records (Registrar).
• Toolbar issues: Some people are having problems with toolbars in their browser. Check here for help. Toolbars
• Discussion board issues: IE7 may fail on this version of Blackboard. Use IE6 or FireFox 3. Workaround
• Plan ahead: login help is currently available during HelpDesk business hours.
